Advisory Board

The Advisory Board advises the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, and the Executive Director on thematic issues, especially in respect of fulfilling the purposes of the Foundation. The Advisory Board carries out its activities on a voluntary basis and is comprised of distinguished public figures.

DSW’S Executive Team

The Executive Director, Jan Kreutzberg, is in charge of the day-to-day business of the Foundation under its own rules of procedure. DSW is bound by the articles of association, the rules of procedure for the management board, and the guidelines and instructions of the management board.

The Executive Director is responsible to the board and reports on current business, projects, activities and finances. He is supported by a Deputy Director, Angela Bähr. Together with the Executive Director, they form the Executive Team that is responsible for the implementation of the strategic orientation as well as the activities of the Foundation in Germany and internationally.
